What clients come in for
Softening the look of the waistline and lower abdomen — post-holiday, post-baby, or after a plateau in training.
Crepey-looking skin on the upper arms, inner thighs, and knees, where radiofrequency warming supports a firmer appearance.
The orange-peel look on thighs and glutes. Cavitation and vacuum work reduce how visible the surface texture is.
Heaviness in the legs and ankles after travel, long desk days, or desert heat. Drainage is the workhorse here.
The areas that resist targeted training. Contouring smooths how they read under fitted clothing.
A tighter, less puffy look before a wedding, shoot, or trip — booked as a short intensive rather than a single visit.
Your visit
Step 1
Mapping and measurements. We talk through your goal, review your health history, and take baseline measurements and photos so progress is measurable rather than a guess.
Step 2
Warming the tissue. The area is cleansed and warmed. Warm tissue responds better to everything that follows, so this step is not skipped.
Step 3
Radiofrequency and cavitation. Slow passes across the mapped zone. Most clients describe it as a warm, deep massage — you stay in conversation the whole time.
Step 4
Lymphatic massage. Manual and vacuum drainage moves fluid toward the lymph nodes, which is what makes the immediate result feel lighter and tighter.
Step 5
Your plan home. Hydration targets, movement guidance for the next 24 hours, and your session spacing. You leave with a schedule, not a vague come back sometime.
